Movie Viewing :
If you are having difficulty, the first thing you should try is to right-click on the picture and do a 'Save As'. You should be able to download our movie on your hard drive and then play our movie from there.

We strongly recommend using Winows Media Player, and you should make sure that you are not viewing with Real Player or Quicktime. Re-installing Windows Media Player should resolve any conflicts. Make sure you get the latest Windows Media Player available for free from microsoft.com by doing a search for 'Windows Media Player'.
